The Everyday Care Package is usually ready within one to two working days. A Mechanical Tune takes around five to seven days. The Heritage Overhaul — because it includes a multi-day accuracy observation and sometimes part sourcing — runs two to four weeks depending on what's found inside.

Walk-ins are welcome during studio hours. If you'd like to discuss a specific concern with the watchmaker before dropping anything off, booking a short slot via the contact form helps us set aside time for you properly.

Yes. We regularly handle pieces from smaller Swiss, German, and Japanese manufacturers. For very rare calibres we'll confirm part availability before quoting, which is part of our initial assessment process.

For straightforward repairs, the initial look-over is included in the service cost. For heritage pieces where assessment involves partial disassembly, we discuss a small assessment fee upfront — which is applied against the final service cost if you proceed.

Any service papers, original box, or previous service records are helpful but not required. If you know the approximate age of the piece or have noticed a specific issue, that context speeds things along considerably.

The listed prices are our standard starting points. Occasionally a watch needs something outside the usual scope — an additional component or extra cleaning time — and in those cases we'll talk you through any adjustment before continuing.
