The Chronova Approach to Each Job
Every service at Chronova begins the same way: the watchmaker looks at your piece, notes what it needs, and explains the options clearly before anything is agreed. There's no standard upsell script, no assumption that the most expensive option is the right one.
Once work is underway, the piece stays in-house. Movements are cleaned, adjusted, and measured on a calibrated timing machine. Cases are pressure-tested where applicable. When the job is complete, you receive a written summary — not just a receipt.
